Manufacturing at Our Plant

Once approved, production begins. We weld a solid structural frame and precisely laser-cut the agreed pattern into 1.5 mm sheet metal.

Ready for Pickup

Your solid gate and wicket are ready. You collect them from us and install them yourself on the prepared foundations/posts.

1. Can I order a gate and wicket with a completely custom pattern?

Absolutely! The photos above are just popular examples. Our laser machines can cut almost any designed pattern into the sheet metal (1.5 mm) – from initials, through plant motifs, to abstract geometry.

2. What are the standard dimensions, and how do you quote custom sizes?

Our standard clear driveway widths for gates are 3000 mm, 4000 mm and 5000 mm. For wickets the standard is 800, 900 or 1000 mm. However, as the manufacturer we can build a structure to the centimeter for your driveway. Custom dimensions and patterns are quoted individually depending on material use and cutting complexity.

3. Do I get the rolling carriages and posts included?

The standard quote usually covers just the welded structure itself (the gate leaf with the bottom rail). However, on request we are happy to put together a full installation set – matching rolling carriages, guide rollers, locks and steel posts. Let us know what you need!

4. Are the gates powder-coated / rust-protected?

We can prepare our structures in two variants: raw, for finishing and protecting yourself, or (after prior arrangement and quoting) corrosion-protected and powder-coated in a color of your choice.

5. How is delivery or pickup handled?

Due to the weight and size of a self-supporting gate (often over 6 meters in total length), we recommend picking it up in person from our plant with your own suitable transport.

6. Do you offer on-site installation?

No, we only handle manufacturing. The finished product is meant to be installed by you or your local construction crew (the appropriate foundations/footings for the rolling carriages must be prepared beforehand).
